About the event

What is Mental Health First Aid?

The Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is an internationally recognised training course, designed to help individuals spot signs and symptoms of Mental Health conditions. The course provides Mental Health First Aid support for people who teach, work, live with and care for young people aged 8 to 18. The courses can be attended by anyone from the age of 16 upwards. Once you have submitted your address, you will receive a FREE Youth Mental Health First Aid kit with a FREE YMHFA manual and workbook delivered directly to your address.
