I hope you've spent an amazing weekend whether it was restful or upbeat kind of weekend, I hope you are in the same mood as we are, 'Celebrating the Dance of Life' kind of mood!!
Last Saturday, I was so thrilled by my 55+ Dance group, as we celebrated 'Prince' and I was honoured that the Dance routine started with the pose on the post which we officially named, ''Awa's Pose'' ;-)
Here are a few announcements for the coming days and weeks:
Tuesday at 11:15am- 12:15pm, come and practise Yoga for Meditation at the Croydon Buddhist Centre, led by moi!! In this 8 week course of 'Yoga for Meditation', we explore the changes of seasons in our body and mind. We practise the transition of Spring to Summer Yoga sequences. My Guided Meditations help you feel focused, grounded and centred. Each session focuses on an Indian or Yogi Mythology of one particular pose or sequence. For instance, last week, we explored the story behind the so famous 'Sun Salutation'...
If you are unable to make it during the week, perhaps you will be able to make it to Saturday 18th June at 9:15am- 10:15am, I will be covering Yoga for Meditation at Croydon Buddhist Centre; no need to book in advance, also it is on the donation basis, so you can give what you can- it's priceless!!
