Dear Wholehearted Humans,
I hope all is wonderfully well. I can't believe it has already been an academic year I have been working as a full- time Lecturer; it may have been extremely stressful but I am glad I managed to find peace with my weekly sauna sessions and joy with my Saturday classes. These have helped me to stay calm and playful when experiencing challenging situations.
However, I felt my heart was so much alive, happier, and even felt rewarded whenever I have participated in Arts & Culture events and workshops.
Time away has allowed me to come back with a clear mind of what exactly I want to teach. For a start, I do not wish to teach full time (like ever again!!) and apart from my Saturday classes and one Yoga class at the Buddhist Centre; this coming year, I am looking at delivering one Afro Dance Fusion workshop a month and one Sound Healing session a month. And if all goes to plan, I will share with you my news in another blog the reason why I will deliver monthly workshops...
