Dear Friends of The Ojas Centre,
I hope you've had a lovely week and a pleasant weekend. Thank you so ever so much for your support with my Sound & Movement project, you have been so absolutely amazing, kind and generous with your time, positive energy & feedback! Thanks for sharing and coming to the workshops with your friends and family, it is wholeheartedly appreciated!
Last Friday was a full house!! So thank you for all of you that made it and thanks for asking for more classes. I have the absolute pleasure to inform you that it has now been confirmed, we can continue using the Yoga Studio in March and April, so please check out the website and book online the workshops you can attend. As you are aware, we are developing a core of regulars and we are looking for a minimum of 6 participants for each sessions so they can count as part of my Case Study to qualify as a Movement Therapist; in other words we do not yet have a core of 6 participants and we would deeply appreciate if you could try to commit to for example Fridays or Sundays or both.
Thanks Nic for the plant, it is exactly what I have been desiring internally for my living room!! I'll tell you why at our next session... Thanks Alison, Pauline, Mike and Zoe for helping me set up the Yoga Studio on Friday evening, I normally arrive very early to set up all the equipment, the mats, the blankets, the paperwork but I had to cover a colleague urgently at the hospital and commuting outside Croydon is a journey that teaches me patience as well as to learn to recognise 'Resistance' but also 'Resonance' in being able to support my Colleagues and Patients and to observe the sensations of happiness and gratitude knowing that I would be delivering the Sound & Movement session to a bunch of wonderful participants; it is indeed very exciting to share this journey with you! I do sincerely apologise though, yes although I arrive early, we started slightly later and the format was not delivered as we normally would which include the Group Chat or the stretches at the end. I hope you were not too sore the next day. I heard some of us had a lovely and restful sleep, thanks for sharing the after session feedback, much appreciated!
Last but not least, CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS: Special Chronic Pain Sound & Movement Therapy sessions, TWO workshops ONLY: Sunday 6th March and Sunday 13th March at 6pm. Please sign up now! Could you please share the below visual with your friends and family:
