Led by Awa , these friendly workshops are a fun and energizing way to exercise for anyone over 55+ who enjoys music, moving, and having fun.
Classes begin with a physical warm up to get you ready to learn new choreography which you’ll master as the weeks go by. You’ll build flexibility, stamina, and strength, and as one dancer said you’ll ‘feel 25 again!’
This is a 6 week course . Sessions will take place on Saturdays at 11:30 am.
Please note: Participants will be required to attend and commit to the full course.
