Dear Friends of The Ojas Centre,
What an inspiring weekend my team and I experienced! We would like to thank you for your dedication and support to the Sound & Movement Therapy Project!! Unfortunately we had less than 6 participants on Friday, which as you know means that this session cannot be used as part of portfolio for my qualification; ho
wever it was still a great learning opportunity as we experience the Evolution Self- Journey!
On Sunday we organised a Yoga & Meditation Day at the Buddhist Centre, I delivered a session of Yoga for Spring for all abilities. Keep cultivating your inner garden! 😉 In the afternoon, I delivered a Sound & Movement Therapy session to 11 participants; it was a non- reflective session but it was full of visual stories, the atmosphere was full of curiosity and wonder; instrospection and adventures; relaxation & movement. Sunday evening’s Sound & Movement Therapy Special Chronic Pain Part 2 was incredible, we had 6 participants, yeah!! This is officially session 8 out of 9, we’re nearly there, guys, we’re nearly there!!
And so you guessed, if at least 6 participants join us and complete the questionnaires accurately on Friday, Friday will be session 9/9!!
Will we be more than 6 participants on Friday? Well, there is only one way to find out, if you haven’t already, book your Sound & Movement Therapy workshop for this coming Friday at 6:30pm!
Janet and I are looking forward to seeing you Friday at 6:30pm!
With Universal Love and Inner Peace,

Thank you for putting on the Chronic pain sessions, you’re explanations of how the body holds tension and can contribute to pain has really made me see how something I thought as a teenager has continued into adulthood and has cause me to have terrible posture, which contributes to my pain. I now know what I need to work on, so thank you so much Awa x
